With the powerful, spring-piston break-action of the Stoeger X20 air rifle, you can propel .177 alloy pellets at a potent 1200 feet per second. The ergonomic cocking grip permits quick and easy, single-stroke charging. And the X20’s rifled, blued steel barrel provides accuracy and years of service.

The airgun comes with standard fiber-optic front and adjustable rear sights. The fiber-optic inserts—single red front and two-dot, green rear—make target acquisition easy in varying light and weather conditions. All X20 receivers feature an integral dovetail scope-rail. For added security, the air rifle has an automatic, ambidextrous safety, easily accessible on the rear of the receiver. The trigger assembly can be screw-adjusted for second-stage length.

X20 models are available mounted in a Monte Carlo-style stock that makes target acquisition quick and easy. Stocks are available in hardwood, black synthetic, and genuine Advantage Timber camo finishes. The raised, ambidextrous cheek piece lets you shoot comfortably, regardless of hand preference. Checkering on the pistol grip and fore-end ensures that you’ll have a firm grip in wet weather. A rubber butt-pad provides a firm shoulder mount and steady control.

Add an extra level of performance by selecting any of the X20 Combo models with factory-mounted, 3-9x40 parallax adjustable riflescopes.

The X20 is ideal for plinking and all kinds of target shooting, and takes the field with sufficient power for pest control and small-game hunting.

I purchased the gun a few weeks ago and since its delivery I have done some plinking every day. The gun is substantial and feels like a real firearm. That was important to me as I wanted as real a situation as possible to simulate the weight and dimensions of my hunting rifles. I was able to sight the gun in in very little time and now I can repeatedly hit a quarter sized target time and time again from 30 yards plus. There is little to no kick, the gun is very quiet with lead ammo and only slightly louder with PBA ammo. The increase in noise is related to the power and speed the as PBA pellets travel fast enough to break the sound barrier. Not a fault of the gun. My experience shopping with Airgundepot.com was top notch. Their prices and service can't be matched.

Pros
Weight is similar to a real hunting rifle, accuracy is phenomenal, the scope is of excellent quality, the workmanship is flawless. Best bang for your dollar.

Cons
Only wished I had purchased it sooner.

When I started shooting it, it wasn't accurate. Then I found out the scope was loose and it started shooting great. It doesn't kick that hard and its a great price. The scope is really good.

This air rifle came packaged very neat and with all the appropriate manuals. I think that this scope is fantastic, as it can be set at 10 yards to 30 yards with a minor adjustment on the eyepiece. The accuracy of this Stoeger X-20 is fantastic and I found out that the heavy lead pellets are great, and the non-lead are super fast and with some sighting in, just blows the center of the target away.

Pros
I like the ease of cocking this rifle and the ease of getting it sighted in. The stock and metal work are clean, looks like a very expensive air rifle. Great deal at this price.

Cons
I should have purchased the X-20 with the suppressor on it, as the non-metalic rounds are quiet loud.

This was a gift for my wife and she loves it. The accuracy was a little off until about 50 shots and then it settled in nicely.

Took some time to sight in. I got the best pattern on the target using Crosman wad cutter pellets. I still did not get a real tight pattern, but I shot the first digger squirrel yesterday so it can't be all bad.

the best pellet gun i have used its not too loud its heavy. the only problem i had with it is it a little hard to cock when you frist get it you wont understand how to cock it but all you have to do it hit the barrel til it comes loose than its easy. but overall its a really good gun and i highly suggest it and i agree with anthony stoeger has outdone than selvs and i hope to see more stoeger guns in the future perhaps a semi auto rifle.

The best air gun I have ever had. Surprising power. Not A toy. I think Stoeger has outdone themselves. The only one better is the X-50

Where is Stoeger X-20 Synthetic Monte Carlo Stock w/3-9x40 Scope made.

asked Bob

Is this a good gun?

asked blake mink

It is actually a very nice gun imo, but the drawback is the Crosman/Benjamin/Remington guns are virtually identical but have a little more power because Stoeger uses too short of a barrel. The shorter barrel (2") also makes the Stoeger a bit harder to cock. If they'd lengthen the barrel I'd buy one. The price is a bit high here but you have to consider the nice scope it comes with. If you prefer a synthetic stock then I think the X20 is the one to get, they are very nice. If you want a wood stock the Stoeger is also very nice but basically just one style and it's expensive. Crosman has a variety of wood styles and prices. Gamo are also similar mechanically but they have a variety of synthetic stocks. I don't like any of them and most gamo guns are expensive, but they're something to compare.
