ATAMAN started out at the turn of the 21st century with the idea of building a professional grade air rifle for Russian and Eastern European Olympians. Several air rifle Olympians were involved from day one with research and development to ensure the end product would meet the strict standards of a Gold Medalist. Utilizing only CNC machinery, every ATAMAN airgun is produced with the same properties originally set after the R&D phase and production is certified to ISO 9001 standards.
