In spite of this being a Hawke mount, bought for my Hawke scope, it just does not fit... the scope is too short for the mount. If I were a patient man, I would have returned it and got mounts that fit my Hawke scope in a couple days. Instead, I took it to the basement, cut it in half, ground out a total of 3/16ths inch, and mounted my Hawke scope on my modified Hawke scope mount in 2 hours. Seems to work. Is it worth it? Depends on how you bill your hours.

I received this Hawke one piece mount for my Airmax 4x12x40 scope I ordered. This mount was just what I wanted other than it was 1/4'' to long for my scope. I called AGD and they sent me the one I needed promptly and I was in business again. I kept the Hawke mount and used it on another longer scope and it worked fine. You can really lock it down good. A real solid mount for heavy springers or any other gun. Feel free and confident on ordering this mount but be sure your scope is long enough to accommodate it and you'll be pleased.

I give this product a conditional 5 star rating. I say conditional because I haven't yet taken the gun out and sighted it in. However, the mount fit perfectly into the dovetail grooves on the receiver. The four screws clamping it on make it very secure and there is even a set screw that bears down on the top of the receiver to addtionally secure it against walking with recoil if you care to use it. The scope is held in rings with four screws each which hold the scope securely without over tightening. The machining appears to be excellent and I am looking forward to sighting this rifle in. I particularly like the reversible clamping rail that allows the scope to be transferred to a rifle with a Weaver style mount.

First time that I have mounted a scope on an air rifle, but I have scopes on all of my deer rifles and this appears to be a quality mount. Easy to install and grips the scope nicely.

Although not necessarily a con but if the mount was a litter higher, less than an 1/8 of an inch I could put the scope covers on securely, but the gun stays in the case until I take it out to shoot and then the caps are off anyway. OCD?

This does what it is supposed to do, holding the scope steady. It is a simple but vital job that is filled well with this product. Nothing much other than that that I can say I guess.

Excellent quality, fair price and fast shipping. Airgun Depot made every effort to make right the error of the originally ordered RWS one-piece mount that did not fit the Hawke 2-7x32 AO Model # 14211 scope. Unfortunately, this Hawke model # 22104 one-piece mount does not fit the scope either. To be fair, the Airgun Depot C/S rep tried to talk me into a two-piece mount, but I insisted on trying the Hawke one-piece mount as I thought that a Hawke mount would fit a Hawke scope, but I was wrong. I'm sure AGD would've made it right again, but I decided to call Hawke directly and they confirmed none of their one-piece mounts will fit the scope and suggested their Model #22101 two-piece mount for use on my Benjamin Prowler NP .22.
