This is our most popular RWS model. Accuracy, power and style combined into one affordable rifle. Using our time proven spring piston power plant housed in a break barrel rifle, the Model 34 in .177 caliber is capable of smoking the 1000fps plateau. Though designed as a workhorse airgun devoid of extra trimmings, this rifle is still graced with polished blued metalwork, a full sized hardwood stock and two-stage adjustable trigger, an automatic safety, and a finely rifled barrel. For those shooters looking for a magnum airgun on a mini budget, look no further than the RWS Model 34.

Unlike other RWS rifles this refurbished unit holds only a 30 day warranty directly through us. Umarex USA the importers of the rifle are still able to service it out side of this 30 days at a cost.

Rws 34 refurbish
December 10, 2016
I am a very serious experienced shooter and bought this rifle as a lark. But to my amazement this ain't No Joke. It's as accurate as any rifle I have owned for 10 times the price.
Great fit and finish Quality stock Adequate trigger for what it is. Plenty of power
Didn't come with a rear sight If you take off front sight muzzle of barrel not blued.

Best all around springer ever made.

This gun has been around for at least 25 years. It shoots right at 1000 fps with 7.0 grain pellet. The trigger is around 2.5 pounds on the T06 and around 3.3 on the old T05. Easy to tune yourself, which is a huge plus over the Hatsan and Gamo guns, which are very limited with inferior triggers. I own both calibers and love both guns. Cocking effort is easy with the long barrel around 35 pounds. Hard to beat this gun for the price.
good barrel. good trigger.
Gun is kind of long.

I have 6 of these model . I have model 34, 36 ( same design with fancy target sight and checkered stock ) TO 1. TO 2, TO 5 and TO 6 The rare one is RWS Diana 34 TO 2 dated 11 - 1984 Made In West Germany ( steel trigger). I love them all. Very accurate, affordable and dependable. One more thing it is easy to tune / service. Highly recommended. Enough said.... buy one, you won't regret it.
I love the TO 6 trigger, although nothing wrong with TO 1 or TO 5
I am not fan of Fiber optic plastic front sight. It looks cheap and fragile ! Please bring back the classic look with Iron sight

Great deal

I ordered the refurbished Mod 34 177 cal last week. The gun arrived today, prompt delivery, nicely packaged. The gun is in "new" condition, except for a small ding in the wood near the trigger. I don't think this gun has ever been used! Looks brand new to me. I am very, very happy. Highly recommend.
Looks great! Excellent price. Fast shipping. All around great deal.

A new toy
February 11, 2013
Awesome rifle! This gun is really well made. It has a solid barrel unlike the other brands that have a rifled sleeve with plastic around it! I was hitting everything I pointed to, right out of the box, with open sights.
Very accurate Great power
Not a single complaint!

Refurbished RWS 34, March 2012
March 14, 2012
Periphery of the face of muzzle was severely scratched, like it was rubbed against a concrete wall, but the exit point/crown was unharmed. Upper and Lower "tails" of the end of buttstock were really scratched, like the rifle was stored standing up on the (concrete) basement floor in previous owner's home. Other than that the furniture and metal finish was 90%, German finish & bluing is quite beautiful. The Scope & mount was in "as-new" condition. After 50 rounds I thought I would clean the bore using the RWS "shooters kit"; the first 2 felt pellets came out black as lumps of coal. 5th felt pellet came out pretty clean. In my RWS shooters kit, the threaded rod pieces and jag threaded together just fine, I've read others having problems with Male-Female joining section mismatch. Not sure what's going on there. Maybe headquarters fixed the problem. Anyway, after cleaning and shooting 150 Meisterkugeln (from "the kit"), I can keep rounds touching a nickel-sized circle at 10 meters (32'-10") off a pile of towels for support, in my basement range. Based on what I've read, things ought to improve in a few hundred more shots. So the refurb has some real cosmetic issues, but functions OK.
Craftsmanship of RWS is great considering the price. I thought the T05 trigger is nice and light. I like the metal front sight & cover vs the newer plastic front sight. Cocking effort is fine with me. Sure beats pumpin' the Benji 8X.
Scary how they could let it ship with muzzle as scratched up as it was.

I purchased my 34 as a refurb unit from airgun depot.Man am I glad I did..this thing really smokes,,anything that should be unfortunate enough to land in my crosshair's is history.plain and simple.I have killed a large number of squirrel's,a few rabbit's,crow's,a wild turkey.and believe it or's the truth I shot a deer at approximately 15 yard's and dropped it in it's track's. one shot right between the eye's DEAD!!!!! so I highly reccomend this little german beuty.Buy it you won't regret it I promise.
