The Barra 009 is a light and easy to use .177 CO2 powered BB pistol that has full auto capability for fast shooting and blowback for authenticity. It gives you realistic operation for training with a pistol or just plinking away at cans or targets for tons of fun.

With max velocities of up to 325 fps and a drop free magazine that holds 18 BBs, you'll get plenty of shots out of this gun. When it's time to reload, it's easy to release the magazine with the release button and then lock the follower open to load BBs in the hole in the center of the slot on the side of the magazine.

The pistol has open sights to give you an accurate shot, with a fixed rear blade with a notch and a fixed front blade. To give you a sturdy and reliable hold, the comfortable grip includes ridges on the front and textured sides.

If you want to attach accessories like lasers or lights, there's an integrated Picatinny rail under the front of the barrel. And with Barra's 1 year warranty, it's clear that affordable doesn't mean cheap.

Pros
Internals of a glock 17 gen 4 but with a fun switch. All moving parts have a solid build quality and a Solid feel with the action. Automatic fire is fast like 900 rpm fast or mag dump last 1.5 seconds.

Cons
3 mags in no complaints. Only thing negative I could find is the mag doesn't come out very easily (might need to break-in) and walls of mag well are a little on the thin side.

What does anybody who bought this gun think about it overall ?

asked Jeremy from USA

Update on yesterday's answer. The second magazine did not display the problem. Just put several mags through it and all is well - Even the original mag is no longer having the problems. I carefully lubed the gun per the instructions and worked the action a number of times. This may have loosened up what ever was sticking. Anyway this gun is really good. Pretty much exactly the Glock 17 G4 with a different grip. No extra backstraps like the Glock comes with but all in all a great gun. The magazines don't have the Glock licensed floor plates that need to be removed for loading co2. I recommend the Barra 009. Full auto works well. Eats CO2, of course and the accuracy is not good. But fun it is. I get 38 good hard shots per co2 and a few weaker ones on the third load of the magazine. Sights are the same as the Glock, which is great, but it hits low and to the left of the point of aim. It does have a little bit of writing on the slide which the Glock does not have.

Just got it yesterday. A few issues initially but might be break in related. The gun/mags are the same as the Glock 17 G4. This one will fire full auto which I havent gotten to try yet. I am hopeful the issues will work themselves out. Main one is that the mag gets stuck in the gun. Have two more mags so will try a different one tomorrow to see if there is a difference.
