The RWS 34 Meisterschütze Pro Compact (Master Shooter, pronounced "my-stir-shoots") is built from the same reliable RWS air gun as the Model 34 rifle. It operates from the same proven break barrel system but is professionally finished with a hardwood stock made for both right- and left-hand shooters. The 34 Meisterschutze Pro Compact also has an ambidextrous automatic safety, rifled barrel and two-stage adjustable trigger. This RWS 34 is time-proven power with a sleek design. The 34 Pro's receiver and barrel have a matte finish that provides a rich look. At the front of this 34 Pro rifle is a large muzzlebrake that adds heft and a gripping point for cocking the spring piston. To top off this German made air rifle is an included airgun scope and 1-piece mount. This air rifle scope is a 3-9x40 airgun scope with an adjustable objective. Whether you already own an RWS or this will be your first, you won't be disappointed in the fine German rifle craftsmanship and sleek look.

Amazing rifle

This is one of my favorite springers. Shorter barrel and muzzle weights really help the pellet get on target. It pretty much shoots where I point it. Easy to shoot well for beginners. Very smooth and tight barrel lockup. delivered the goods fast!
Easy to shoot really well. Not hold sensitive for me at all.
Not really a con for me but expect it to weigh a little more than you average springer.

Have to agree, very nice fit and finish, super accurate, and powerful... the balance was a bit awkward at first, very front end heavy, and the stock is 'slick' so watch handling early until you get used to it. Likewise, safety was a bit awkward at first. I have only put about 100 -150 rounds through so far, so far so good. I got RWS super domes and super h point. Super domes seem more accurate. Trigger is super nice too.
accurate and solid build, great trigger
none really

Exceptional Quality Precision Air Rifle Without the 500 Shot Break-In.
February 12, 2015
Started by removing every screw one by one and applying blue thread lock on each one, including scope mount and rings, and let it set overnight. Sighting in scope was a breeze, was on the target at 15 feet immediately. Moved target out to thirty yards and had it shooting groups in very little time. Please note, I did find it helpful to run a cleaning rod through the barrel either every, or every other shot. This seemed to tighten up the pattern quicker, and bring the sighting-in process to a quicker close (50-75 shots). I could never get my Benjamin break barrel sighted in this quickly and accurately. I'm now consistently neutralizing troublesome starlings off of my songbird feeder. This is a rifle you will enjoy having in your collection, I recommend paying a little extra for the nice wood furniture.
Easy sighting in. Nice large muzzle break for cocking. Beautiful wood stock.
A little on the hefty side for the smaller free standing shooters, but no worries for bench rest plinking.

Excellent Quality

Really nice fit and finish. Very accurate and fun to shoot. My 11 year old is a big kid and cannot cock the gun so keep this in mind. Loc Tite everything, And I mean everything. The suppressor came loose tonight while I was shooting.
Accurate High Quality Lots of Fun
Scope made in China was disappointing, but it works pretty good. Heavy even for a wood stock rifle, which makes it hard to stand and be accurate, but I like the heft for seated or laying flat to shoot.

Received as a Birthday present from my Lovely bride, and have loved it ever since. Very accurate and the trigger ( T06 ) is excellent. I would recommend this item to anyone that's tired of some of the garbage that's on the airgun market. German quality is second to none.

Amazing Rifle
June 23, 2012
I bought this gun in Arizona at Airguns of Arizona. It was a sight to behold, the amazing wooden stock with a nice finish, the nice and perfectly blued german barrel. The gun looks like a actual sniper rifle, the muzzle break at the end is not used for silencing the gun but more for looks and to add leverage to cocking, as the barrel is very short. The scope is of high quality, some may say the AO at 10 yards is fuzzy, mine is not it is crisp and clean, as with the others. Make sure you get blue locktite though, as with any break barrel you will need to blue locktite the the bolts connecting the scope mount to the gun and the screws that hold the scope in place (forget what that area is called). You will also need to take out one of the stock screws at a time and blue locktite them and put them back in. The trigger is what all triggers should be like, light first stage and light-medium second stage, the trigger is a major point in this rifle making it the nail driver it is. Hunting with it is really nice too, it hits and kills everything almost instantly. Rabbits rarely need a second shot. I reccomend RWS 8.3 Grain Superdomes as the travel at almost 900 fps and pack a major punch. The only downside to this rifle is it is very heavy almost 9 pounds with the scope, but that also works in its favor as you will be more accurate with, just make sure to use the artillery hold for any break barrel pellet gun!

Great Rifle
December 21, 2008
This air rifle is of the best quality I have seen in any weapon of it's class. You will see and feel how well this product is engineered and manufactured as soon as you lay eyes on it, hold it and shoot it. The scope was sighted in about 10 minutes and I was hitting oranges with just about every shot at 40 yards. I highly recommend the RWS 34 Pro Compact to anyone who demands quality and accurracy.
