The Smith & Wesson M&P 9 M2.0 is based on the popular 9mm polymer pistol and is as close as possible to the original for an airgun version to get. It can reach speeds of up to 400 fps and it makes both a superior training version for the authentic handgun and is fun and easy to shoot for target practice and plinking.

This air pistol is such a good reproduction that even when it's side by side with the firearm version, it's pretty difficult to tell them apart at first glance. That's because it has almost the same size and weight, and operation as the actual handgun. You get blowback action that helps remind you of recoil, and a full size drop free magazine with 18 round capacity that's modeled after the 17+1 capacity of the powder burner.

Just like the genuine version, this airgun model comes with three interchangeable backstraps so you can get the perfect fit for your hand and distance to the trigger. There's texturing on the grip and backstrap to give you a firm hold, and a single/double action trigger that makes it similar to the original.

You can get better accuracy from your shots because this air pistol uses a fixed rear sight and an adjustable front sight, and there's also a Picatinny rail under the barrel so you can add accessories like lights and lasers. You'll also enjoy the presence of the last round hold open feature that prevents wasted CO2, and the ambidextrous slide release that the original has as well.

If you want an air pistol version of the respected series of handguns that's perfect for owners of the firearm and for fun plinking and target shooting, get the Smith & Wesson M&P 9 M2.0 from Airgun Depot now.

Will drop BBs when CO2 gets low.

Pros
Weight and attention to detail, looks and feels like the real thing.

Cons
Trigger pull could be smoother.

Pros
I agree with William S "Feels, shoots and even sounds very similar to the original" Really nicely made and you feel the recoil power 400 fps. And very accurate. I am ordering a second one

Cons
It would be nice to have a couple Co2 cartridges, small bottle of lube oil and a small pack of .177 BBs in a convenient loader package as a easy way to load

Pros
Very accurate. Fits in hand perfectly. Came with 3 handgrip options to make the fit feels perfect. Airgun depot is also amazing. Magazine broke and right away they sent me a new one. Highly recommend this gun. I have about 20 other co2 lowback guns and the S&W M&P9 m2.0 is my go to. Adam R. - Victoria, VA

Cons
Not a thing.

Pros
I like the look and feel of this air pistol.

Cons
If it were up to me I'd make this air pistol really shoot. I ran 2 clips of bbs thru this and now it doesn't shoot hardly at all. Put new co2 in and same thing. I waited 3 or 4 months to get this huge disappointment. I'm sure my warranty will cover it since it's only a couple days old, but dang, that's not what I paid for at all. I wanted something I could shoot not something I could send out and wait on

Recommend a few extra CO2 cartridges!

Pros
Nearly identical to my M&P 2.0 9mm. Feels, shoots and even sounds very similar to the original. I reload my 9mm rounds and like a light powder especially for accuracy and consistency with followup shots. I found the magazine holds a few more than 18 rounds also.
