Pros
I like everything about it! Also have the 1377 but .22 is more my style. Added Buckrail suppressor which works great and Buckrail mount with Hawkeye Red Dot-- 5 shot dime groups normal at 30'. Have to wait for weather to get out and shoot at distance.
Cons
Wouldn't change anything except maybe trigger pull-- I found a lightweight compression spring at the hardware store and it works great for me.
this is an excellent pump up air gun. you can tell the way it is designed there was a lot of thought and engineering that went into this airgun. its not really suitable for home defense, but when i go camping and fishing, you betcha this one is coming with me. it is a great survival airgun to kill small game like squirrels and rabbits if need be. overall i think every air gunner should have one of these in theyre collection.
Pros
excellent shooter. easy to pump up. great target shooter, plinker, or small varmint control. very well made. with care, will last for years.
Cons
none actually. i would like to see one in a bit larger caliber, like .25. and with a bit more power.
Ordered this along with Gamo Swarm Maxxim rifle (separate review). Both arrived in 2 days from Airgun Depot in Utah to me in Upstate NY. Excellent service!!
Pros
Ease of operation. Trigger very smooth and all worked well right out of the box. East to sight in. Shoots very good for what I need and excellent value for the cost.
Buy 1,000 pellets
Pros
This is my second one in 30 years. Its accurate, they always have been. My first shot hit about a half inch high out the box and I put 3 more pellets almost in the same hole at 15 yards. I got the 22 cal this time. These are the best pellet pistols.
Cons
No cons. It is a pump so keep that in mind.
Almost thought of getting another one, but one is more than enough. It has no problem taking out these toads.
Pros
For the price, it is a great tool for pests. Great for close range pests (Cane Toads) and small enough to not scare neighbors.
I also love the fact that I can control the pressure. I don't want pellets flying around to neighbor's house.
Tons of aftermarket parts for it as well. Kuddos for this gun Crossman.
Cons
A bit awkward to pump
This gun is amazing with a should stock and a Leapers red dot.
Pros
Accuracy
Cons
Better grip on the pump handle.
THIS CROSMAN 1322 .22 CALIBER IS A EXTREMELY POWERFUL AND ACCURATE AIRGUN ITS MY EVERYTHING TO GO FOR GUN IS GOID FOR PLINKING CANS/WOOD/AND SMALL GAME SUCH AS SQUIRRELS..
Pros
REALLY GOOD AIRGUN ITS REALLY STRONG GOID FOR SMALL GAME OR JUST TO FULL AROUND SHOOTING CANS WOOD OR BOTTLES..
Cons
NONE
No co2 is a good thing when you're traveling light. A tin of pellets and my pellet pen and out the door I go. I'm plenty accurate at 30-40 yards with high quality pellets. Light weight, well balanced. Built like a tank.
Pros
Price
Cons
None at the price point
I own several airguns including springer, nitro piston, hand pump , and CO2 guns. The Crosman 1322, although not as powerful as most of the others in my collection, is my favorite for backyard target shooting, pest control, and small game hunting with careful shot placement. I find the others too big, too heavy, and too noisy for convenient and discrete use in the field. The 1322 is light enough and small enough to carry just about anywhere. And it is powerful enough and accurate enough with a small scope to take small game with clean head shots out to 20 or 25 yards. The steel breech accessory is necessary for mounting a scope. The low recoil of the 1322 simplifies usage with a scope. Using the right pellet and ten pumps the 1322 will readily shoot through both sides of a metal vegetable can filled with water at those distances. And you can pick out the exact spot on the can you want to hit. To get the most from this gun, you will need the optional detachable stock that turns it into a mini rifle. I carry the 1322 with scope and detached stock in a case inside my backpack for harvesting fresh meat when camping. I have a 1377 but prefer the 1322. Both are excellent and well designed guns.
Pros
Accurate. Hard hitting. Simple. Reliable. Versatile. Discreet. Light weight, even for the back packer. Easy to repair or modify, and there are many accessories and tutorials available for it online.
Cons
There was a quality control problem in the last 1322 I bought. The air transport holes in the pumping air chamber and air storage valve were out of alignment. This reduced the size of the air passage from valve to barrel by about 50%. The problem seems to be in the valve itself. The two halves of the valve are screwed together and if the threads are off the slightest amount the air outlet hole will not line up with the air transport hole through which the compressed air must pass to enter the barrel and push the pellet forward. I am attaching photos of the problem. I notified Crosman but have not heard back from them as yet. This is something you might want to check if you buy one of these guns and intend to use it for anything other than plinking. It is easily checked when you disassemble the gun to install the steel breach accessory.
