Upgraded from hatsan factor rc to the fx m3 and its night and day difference. Totally worth extra $1k

Everything about it is beautiful and I am very happy with it

Small air leak at the angle gauge plug plug. Was able to fix it myself

By BenjaminUSAJanuary 3, 2023 Verified Purchase

I purchased this in a .25 caliber and after sighting it in it started to have a slow air leak. I contacted fx airguns and the sent me a shipping label to get repaired. Recieved air rifle back and shot it 5 times to sight in and after only 5 shots there was a significant air leak. This is not worth the money. Saw a YouTube video saying this guns only kryptonite is that it is bad for leaks. When I pay this much for something it should work every time I take it out of the case. I have had it to long now because of waiting on repairs that I can't get a refund. Worst 2 grand ever spent.

Feels good to shoot

Leaks air to much

By Kc JamesUSANovember 19, 2022 Verified Purchase

Im notorious for regretting my purchases, especially large purchases. This time I dont Feel bad at all. This thing is a tack driver and I love shooting it.

Love it, dumped a yote at 50yards on the second night.

Wish the magazines were not so thin. It limits the length of pellet or slug too much. For a rifle that is so adaptable it is unacceptable to be limited by this major factor.

By TimJune 11, 2022

For a compact air rifle this fits the bill perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to hunt out to hundred yards with this thing. The thing is a scalpel, hitting Tums tables at 70yrds all day long. Do yourself a favor and add a good scope, this gun deserves it.

I have the Imapct MK3 500mm .30 and must say this thing surprised me. It's insanely accurate with no hold over out to 70+ yrds. I'm using both JSB Diablo's and Hades in 44.5gr and both dead to nuts accurate. I actually detuned the gun to 870fps. Power wheel on 15, Macro 3.75 and front adjustment 5 turns (Marks) out.

Nees a moderator, pretty loud otherwise. I put a DonnyFL Ronin from my Maverick on it and that tamed things down.

Buy it now. I bought a 9422 Winchester years ago for 100 bucks. It’s worth 1800 now. I would trade it for another of these.

Out of box one shot zero at 15 yards with ATN 4kPro. Next shot 83 yards. Held slightly high and left for 10 mph cross winds. Shooting at a lodge frying pan. The impact of pan is louder than the gun. Hit it every time. Thank you FX for getting it right!

Sure I would like it for half the money. But, perfection doesn’t come cheap. No buyers remorse here. Love this gun!

By PaulUSANovember 12, 2021

It's a great gun and it's easy to maneuver. I got mine a month ago and it's flawless. Good job, far , I can't complain.

By RolandNovember 1, 2021

I can say one thing that after I bought an average scope 5 to 25 vortex black diamond and used the jsb exact king pellets I can get 5 pellets on top of each other at 100 yard after good calibration. I didn't know that a gun like this ?? existed. I can get 5 pellets on top of each ohers if there is no wind. I hope it doesn't breakdown

By PeterUSASeptember 5, 2021

This gun is worth the wait and very quiet even with the stock moderator. You won’t regret this purchase.

I’m a long time powder burner and have been using air guns since I got my Crosman 760 in the early 70s. I’m new to PCP and purchased a Hatsan Blitz in .25 about 6 months ago. My FX M3 in .30 arrived about three weeks ago, and I’m blown away. Deadly accurate even when using lesser quality pellets. The technology, fit, finish and accuracy of this PCP are simply exceptional. I love stacking pellets with this rifle.

Other that a longer picitany lower rail, I can’t think of a thing that I would change. I’d love to see FX develop gun in the M3 format with semi-auto capabilities. That would be a serious game changer.

Thank you airgun depot great communication super fast shipping

Very quiet and accurate very user-friendly

Pricey but you get what you pay for

By bernhardUSAFebruary 15, 2021

This is worth every penny you spend for a top-notch air-rifle. Good clean engineering, plenty of after market goodies to bolt on, accurate, accurate, and super quiet with a DonnyFl moderator attached. Using FX Hybrid Slugs takes the game to a completely higher level. The flatter trajectory, better ballistic coefficients, and that huge hollow point makes for a devastating impact. One shot kills are the norm now. BTW - the sales people are well informed and very helpful. I'm going to get an electric air pump, extra carbon fiber cylinder, and a lot more ammo. Happy Shooting!!

After reading online reviews and any number of videos I finally pulled the trigger( so to speak) and dropped some serious coin for this air-rifle. In terms of use I will get more trigger time than I would with my cartridge weapons. So while the initial cost is steep I have a really nice piece of equipment that will last a long while. First off this is very well built, has a solid feel, cycles ever so smoothly, and out of the box - insanely accurate. I opted for the .25 caliber because the iguanas are very tough targets and accurate spine/headshots are needed for clean kills. I sighted the scope in at 100 feet (tape measured) because most of my shooting is around 60 - 120 guesstimated feet. Hold over/under averages =/- one mil. After cleaning the barrel( which everyone should do with a new barrel), I mounted the scope -using scope levels, FX Unlimited Scope Rings, some locknut to secure the mounting screws, and a tin of JSB Diabolo's. About 15 rounds later I was stacking lead on lead.

Getting the Hills Air pump was smart incase the power goes out or I'm in the field and need back up air. That being said -GET AN ELECRIC AIR-PUMP!!! I'm in pretty good shape and weight 219 lbs and the twenty minutes spent pumping is a workout. The ridiculously small foot pads on the air pump make for a difficult pump up. I resorted to fastening the foot pads of the pump down onto a larger hefty panel of plywood for a better foot stance. Easier to pump after that but still a workout. By the way get the optional dryer kit to fit on the air-pump or your going to turn your expensive rifle into a squirt gun. I pump up to 280 indicated on the fill gage and I get around thirty accurate shots per fill and the gauge indicates 160 bar after a full clip has been expended. Below 200 bar the shots fall off and accuracy fades - and it takes twenty minutes of hard pumping to get back to 280 bar indicated. GET AN ELECTRIC AIR PUMP OR SCUBA ADAPTER FILL KIT!!

Roger B from USA

Will Mk II Impact barrels work in the MK3 ?

asked Rusty from USA

Does the 600 barrel shoot slugs as good as the 700 barrel

asked jonathan from USA

The 700 mm barrel gives you some extra velocity . But it depends what barrel liner you have . The Superior X liner shoots both slugs and pellets very accurately . If you shoot both I recommend it . If you only shoot slugs the Superior X heavy will shoot slugs accurately . I would get the 700 for over 150 and over shooting .

Rusty from USA

Comes with case

asked Robert from USA

Yes , a very good hardcover case .

Rusty from USA

asked Rudolf from USA

Re: FX Impact II... how much does SOUND increase with larger calibers?

asked frank from USA

As you get into the larger calibers there is more air used in each shot. The firing noise goes up. You need a larger/longer moderator to keep the gun very quiet.

Mark from USA

Do any of the FX model PCP air rifles come in left hand ?

asked James from USA

The new MK3 model has a switchable cocking handle and is improved in many other significant ways .

Rusty from USA

The FX line has ambidextrous models but all the cocking side levers are on the right side of the gun.

I'm looking at the Impact X MKll and was wondering if it comes with the liner to shoot pellets and slugs? I'm going to just shoot slugs only in the Impact in 25 or 30 cal trying to make up my mind which cal I will need?

With the Impact X, is it possible swap out the 700m barrel with the older shrouded .22 and .177 barrels? I’d like to get a .30 and be able to drop in a .177 or .22, but doesn’t seem they make the 700m in those calibers. Thanks
