The JTS Airacuda Max is a PCP air rifle that gives you the performance and features you want in a sturdy and striking package. You get speeds up 940 fps in .177, 860 fps in .25, 860 fps in .22, and 850 fps in .30 making it an appealing gun for pesting, plinking, and small game hunting.

You'll appreciate the fact that you get steady and reliable speeds from this air rifle because it's fully regulated, so you won't have to worry about big changes to the point of impact from each regulated shot.

With the JTS Airacuda Max, you'll get a great hold because of the eye catching patterned laser etched checkering on the pistol grip and the forearm of the wood thumbhole stock. Plus, the textured rubber buttpad gives you an easy way to get steady control.

For your convenience, this air rifle has a fill gauge and a regulator gauge on the bottom of stock, and there's a male Foster quick disconnect fill fitting as well. Getting the right cheek weld is easy with the adjustable cheek rest, so you'll get a good view when you add your scope of choice to the metal Picatinny scope rail.

Larger clip, wife loves to shoot this gun. I ended up putting a scope on it and a sling, looks and feels better.

Pros
Tight gun, wood nice, not too heavy, cluster shoots great once dialed in.

Cons
Clips, needs more. Wouldn't hurt to develop a bigger one for more capacity. Loading takes up time, little aggravating but doable.

I spent months looking at reviews and researching for a good quality PCP for around $500. The competition for a .30 cal at this price range is limited. But when Airgun Depot put this one on sale I jumped on it. Getting around 40 good shots ([4 mags] between pellets and slugs). Hitting 2" targets at 75 yards with ease. Mind you, I've only shot about less than 100 rounds so it still breaking in. I'm overall very pleased with the JTS Aircuda Max in .30 and for the price it was a no brainer.

Pros
Exceptionally accurate with both JTS pellets and slugs. Well balanced, very smooth action and surprisingly quiet for a .30 cal. The JTS Aircuda Max is very well made with quality materials.

Cons
No sling or bipod attachments points. Little hard to customize (have to remove the stock) but its so accurate out of the box that you may not need to do anything except hit your targets.

Buy it love it use it and be happy with a fantastic purchase at a fantastic price

Pros
Lighter then most. Accurate as mamy higher priced units. It is not loud i would call is whisper quiet. I have a .25 Kratos honestly sound the same. Did depot double check all was fine so worth the money for sure. Came with decent amount of air so loaded 7 took aim with no sights or scope and was on a 4in pinker at 27 yds. Hit 2 of 7 with no sights looking down the barrel. Anything that you can shoot accurate enough to shoot without sights in my opinion is good.

Cons
Only thing I would change would be to put standard sights on it. Why all manufacturers think we need scopes or red dots etc is beyond me. It would be nice to have the option to shoot without aid of scope or red dot.. the way people used to shoot

SUPER Quite, Very Accurate

Cons
It's heavy at almost 8 lbs, but as well as it operates, Repeated shots are very Fast with the Sidelever action . I would HIGHLY Recommend this PCP Air Rifle!

I've had this rifle for over a month with 300+ shots down the tube. One hole ten shot groups at 50 yards. Multiple one hole, three shot groups at 100 yards. I can't get over how accurate this rifle is.

Pros
Accuracy, quality construction, ergonomics, power

Cons
None to report at this time

Pros
Love this gun, it's very accurate and very powerful at 52' put holes through 3/4" plywood and broke through the back of a 2 x 6. Then I put a scoop on it and at the same distance put 7 shots in the span of a dime.

Cons
When I tried putting air in the gun it was leaking out the front of the barrel and wouldn't fill. Then I seen it says to cock the gun when filling, so I tried that and it stopped leaking at the barrel but now it was leaking bad around the trigger between bolt and the stock area. So I took the stock off, easy one bolt and found that the bleeder set screw was loose. So if you buy this gun and you have a leak that is something to check. Hope this helps someone. It holds air perfectly now! P.S. should come with iron sites

What is the muzzle thread size (.30cal) for moderator? This is not listed on JTS website or in the owners manual but should be on both.

asked Stanley from USA

ACCORDING TO GOOGLE: The JTS Airacuda Max .30 caliber has an M18 x 1.5 thread for its muzzle. This is the same standard for some other JTS Airacuda models and allows for the attachment of a moderator or other accessories. Here are some more details: Thread Size: M18 Thread Pitch: The standard M18 pitch is 1.5. Purpose: This threading allows for the attachment of a moderator, which further suppresses the already quiet shots from the shrouded barrel.

Rickey from USA

Mine is so quiet It never once crossed my mind that it needed a moderator other than the built in -that it already has. Think daisy red rider. Its about that loud.

Marcelene from USA

can it be converted to left hand

asked BARRY from USA

Unfortunately, no.

Adam from USA

How high of scope mounts do I need to clear the magazine

asked Jesus from USA

I would use high mounts since the magazine sticks above the receiver.

Adam from USA

Has anyone attached screw-in sling swivels to this air rifle? If so, exactly where on the stock did you screw them in, and how did that work out for you? I definitely want a sling on this rifle and am just looking for the best way to go about making that happen.

asked Bradley from USA

Can you put a picatinny, 11mm dovetail rail on the stock for a bipod?

asked Rob from USA

Do you deliver to England

asked James from United Kingdom

Will it shoot slugs

asked Thomas from USA

I have used fx slugs with great accuracy

Sicshot from USA

Will it shoot slugs

asked Thomas from USA

yes ... Airgun Detective shot with H&N Slugs

Daniel from Canada

In my experience it shoots slugs better than pellets straight out of the box. But I've had to many problems with it so it's going back. When I first got it out of the box the fill probe and one of the gauges was loose and wouldn't hold air. Then I noticed the stock is crooked and the action is kicked over to the right. Then the last straw was I left it in my truck a few hours in the cold, in a gun case and when I got it out to shoot it the magazines wouldn't fit back in the action. Love the idea of the gun but from my experience it's not a good product.
