The Stoeger XM1 Suppressed Combo gives you a budget friendly option for a quiet air rifle that comes with a scope and a surprising amount of adaptability for an airgun at this price level. Reaching speeds up to 1000 fps with alloy pellets, it gives you plenty of power for target practice, small game hunting, and pest control.
Powered by a 2900 PSI air tank, this air rifle gives you up to 50 shots per fill, and it comes with both a magazine and a single shot tray, so you can pick the way you want to shoot. In addition to the single stage trigger, there's also a large bolt handle with Thridion checkering so it's easy to grip and cycle.
The buttpad lets you customize the pull length by adding and removing the spacers it comes with, and you won't have to worry about losing your grip in wet conditions because the stock features Pro Adaptive Checkering in multiple places for however you choose to hold it. And this combo edition of the rifle comes with an integrated suppressor for quieter shots than the regular version.
To give you options for sighting, the air rifle comes with an adjustable rear sight and an adjustable fiber optic front sight, and the combo comes with an unmounted 4x32 scope with rings that you can put on the Picatinny scope rail. Plus, you can add things like lasers and lights on the Picatinny accessory rails on the sides of the forearm. The rail on the left side is also a special extended rail with magnetic storage, so you can attach as many as three extra magazines (sold separately).
If you're looking for a stylish air rifle with a scope and rings, with features you'd expect to pay more for, get a Stoeger XM1 Suppressed Combo now at Airgun Depot.

Pros
Interchangeable grip and cheek piece. Adjustable cheek piece would be nice.
Cons
Instruction manual leaves a lot to be desired. Had to go to YouTube to see how to do things. Hand pump takes away enjoyment. Bought a pcp compressor.
The riffle could be a good and inexpensive way to obtain game if the economy gets worse.
Pros
High rate of accuracy
Cons
Initially, I experienced problems and had to exchange it.
If you're just playing, just use the single shot tray, it's way quicker than reloading the magazine.
Pros
Very accurate at a great price. This is my 1st PCP and it is definitely a step up from the red riders and pump bb rifle ls I grew up with. It loves the JTS Dead Center pellets at 18.1gr. Haven't tried slugs yet but they should be delivered today. Don't use lighter pellets since it is non-regulated. I bought a cheap spinning target from Amazon and when the lead hit the steel, the pellets are flat. And that's at 25yrds. So if you're looking an accurate. 22 pcp for cheap, this one is the one to buy.
Cons
Wish it came with extra mags. Other than that, nada!
Pros
None. Product instruction not clear. Support not as expected
Cons
Cost too much to return
I was under the impression that a standard air compressor would work for this gun but that is not the case a standard air compressor will go to 140 psi or 30 bar after I got the rifle I found out It has to be filled to 250 bar = 2600psi so then I had to buy a pump that would work for this gun I went with Stoegers hand pump (Airgun depo doesnt sell it so I got it on Amazon its about $130) so if you get this gun and dont have a pump for pcp you will need to factor that into the price
Pros
I absolutely love this gun everything about it is perfect the 22 version is plenty powerful and has excellent knock down power I havent mounted the scope yet because the iron sights are so good
Cons
It is a very long gun
Airgun depo needs to have a warning that this doesnt come with a pump or a video as an intro to pre-charged pneumatic air guns
Pros
This is my first pcp and it's a pretty sweet air rifle. Very accurate once scope is sighted. The built in suppressor makes it very quiet. I'm shooting JSB diabolo jumbo heavy 18.13gr .22cal. 4 squirrels down 30+yards away. Don't pass this pcp up. Get you one.
Cons
Nothing at this time.
I highly recommend using a compressor... which makes this gun almost too much fun to shoot
Pros
I'm new to PCP rifles. So I set up a target made of a 3/4 inch pine board and nailed a stake to it then painted several crossed on it and set it up about 100ft. I then started adjusting the scope. Looking at the board from the front, I I saw 3mm indentations. Oh well I thought, you get what you paid for and the gun sounded a little whimpy and quiet anyway. After using several magazines loads shooting at the target, the target started to wobble. Goshdarn...the nails are not holding. So I went to the the board to inspect and put another nail in it. Upon inspection my chin fell down. The pellets all penetrated the board and ripped the stake apart. WOW WOW WOW
Cons
The magazine is awkward to load, but I can get used to it. The booklet needs better descriptions for beginners
Not gonna lie, didnt have the highest expectations. This thing crushed it. Amazing for the money. I get about 40 shots per charge. Holds accurate pretty well. Its a sub 300 dollar air gun its well worth every penny.
Pros
Quiet, powerful accurate
Cons
Magazine is kinda cheap
Im guessing my problem is not typical, that gun is generally good although I am much happier with the rifle I exchanged it for. However the team at Airgun Depot are awesome, really were patient and helpful throughout my purchasing and troubleshooting process. Thanks Ruth, Bridgette, and Stacey!
Pros
The Stoeger wouldnt zero in for me so Ruth helped me return it and I bought a Gamo Urban .22 instead.
Cons
Couldn't zero it in-like the barrel was out of alignment.

Overall, I am very impressed for the price point. I'd give it 5 stars if it wasn't for the magazine. I'd recommend a better scope over time. Very happy with the Mantis 3-9 32 XO with parallax adjustment. at 25 yards, it's right on. My son loves shooting frozen cherry tomatoes at 25 yards and so far out of 17 shots, he hasn't missed. Currently looking to buy the Seneca Dragonfly MK2 and Diana Stormrider Magazines to see which one would work best. Probably bore protectant for storage and shipping, but I had to clean the heck out of this barrel to get a decently clean bore cloth. Expect some additional elbow grease.
Pros
This gun is incredibly accurate for the price range. It surprised me. I did not use the scope that came with. I put the scope on my son's Benjamin Discovery air rifle since he needed an upgrade. I bought Mantis 3-9 x 32 AO for this rifle. The setup is awesome. Easily cutting holes with 3/8" group at 25 yards.
Cons
The magazine is horrible in my opinion, especially if shooting the JSB Diabolo Jumbo Heavy 18.3 pellet. It usually jams 1 out of 7 shots and damages pellet. I did what others stated and bought a different magazine. Throw away the magazine and look for better alternatives. I agree with other reviewers that the single shot does seem flimsy and easy to lose/fall-off if you are hunting and moving a lot. The air pressure gauge protector is ridiculously hard to get off. I will try some light honing and silicone grease to hopefully ease the removal. One thing is for sure, you will not lose the pressure gauge protector!! I took the suppressor assembly apart. There isn't much to the "suppressor". I have a few suppressors to back my opinion. Neighbors may think you are a slow carpenter with a pneumatic framing nail gun.
