Pros
Dont waste your money had to return it. I give they pistol one star and I give air gun depot five stars
This BBX11 is a must have for a 1911 collection..The price, can't beat it. The pistol, good quality..I know some people have issue's with all kinds of air pistols complaining about accuracy. This is a BB pistol and accuracy doesn't come in the box..It comes with practice, practice, and more practice, knowing the airgun and using the BBs that it likes best..My personal preference, Umarex high performance and Hornady Black Widows in most of my air BB pistols including this one..Get this BBX11 before they are all gone..Extra mags are available also..Not like some pistols that come out New but, no spare magazines..It is a drawback for me on when purchasing a new airgun if there are no spare magazines available, I won't buy until they are..You get one magazine with the gun, something happens, and it can, with the mag, you're stuck with a paperweight..I usually get at least two spares..
Pros
Having been airgunning for a number of years now, my expectations of an airgun, from Umarex, are quite high..Quality, durability and peak performance this pistol has them all..It is very well built, not like other 1911 models made of all plastic, this one is heavier than one would expect of an inexpensive pistol..It is solid, well manufactured and a joy to shoot..Your getting a blowback pistol for under eighty dollars..I have other 1911 blowbacks ranging upwards of two hundred dollars or more with some not as well made as this Umarex BBX11..The magazines are as equally well made..Not cheap plastic..
Cons
Nothing

What I found is there is a spanner nut at the end of the inner barrel. Its not threaded to anything I can see.... but can be rotated. By rotating it quarter turns it changes the bb impact. So after several test trials, I got this gun shooting close to point of aim. About golf ball size groups if you do your part at 7 yards. Defenetly a 7 yard tin can gun. "Use RWS Air chamber oil" on CO2 cartridge and a ocasional drop in the square air discharge hole. A little on the slide rails also helps. Keeps it runing smooth. Umarex is recomending it with the legend series. Get extra mags, so you can let the CO2 rest between loads. Takes a lot of CO2 to run the blow back.
Pros
Its light, functions well and is a blast to shoot once you get it hit hitting target right with its favorite BB. This guy jumps when its shot giving you a recoil experience. This gun likes Daisy match BBs. I am glad for that.... its the only gun in my colection that does like them. Does not like Black Diamonds to my surprise. The trigger is sweet! Probably the top feature of this pistol along with the blow back. Like another review has mentioned. For the money its a great selection. I got about 48+ good accurate shots out of a single CO2.
Cons
First: there is no info out there to disasemble this BB gun, In fact Umarex discourages it. So if something goes wrong other than the mag your screwed. Thats why the 4 stars. Second: Again no adjustable sights. They could put cheep dovetail sights in and let us replace them or adjust. Adjusting aim for every shot is very anoying. They could at least test them first as part of quality control. Umarex needs to wake up!! Umarex has this issue for all their pistols of this type. So be prepaired. Getting any BB pistol to shoot point of aim out of the box is dificult. I only have one Springfield 1911 that does, out of 5 pistols in my collection. All the others needed work on the sights.
