Really like this, the fit and finish are very nice & the black finish great. Like that you can get a super good replica for the price, like the way the Schofield loads & unloads. Sights out of the box were pretty much, though I did need to white dot the front one.

I choose the 5 inch barrel because it reminded me of the Sheriff's addition of another earlier black powder pistol. Plus I thought that a gun fighter would use the shortest barrel to be quicker to draw down on an opponent!

In a review I read the the crosman shells for its 357 would fit this revolver. They do not and I bought 3 sets.

Very well made, nice balance, trigger pull is consistent with other Schofield I own, and the action is great. I got pearl handles for my 7", but am leaving the 5" original. Wouldn't mind a set of black grips also.
