The Crosman MAG-Fire Mission is the most affordable multi-shot breakbarrel air rifle in the MAG-Fire lineup, but still features what you need for fast and accurate follow up shots in a slim package. It reaches speeds of up to 1300 fps in .177 and 975 fps in .22 (with alloy pellets), so you'll get the power needed for pest control, small game hunting, or plinking.
To give you a quick and easy experience both while taking aim and shooting, this airgun features an ambidextrous all weather thumbhole stock with a low profile, plus a low profile multi shot magazine. The stock also has a rubber buttpad to give you a stable and comfortable hold for repeatable shots.
Something you'll really appreciate if you're out in the field hunting or performing pest control duty is the QuietFire sound suppression technology that results in a quieter shot that won't easily scare off what you're aiming at. Plus, the Nitro piston powerplant gives you quieter and smoother cocking and shooting, better longevity, the ability to work well across all temperatures, and no spring to worry about if you leave it cocked.
To get the clean and crisp break you want, you can adjust the 2 stage Clean Break trigger, so you'll get a predictable and accurate shot every time. Also, this air rifle comes with an 11mm dovetail scope rail with a 4x32 CenterPoint scope mounted, plus a fixed front sight and adjustable rear sight, so you have options for aiming whichever way you prefer.
If you want a multi shot breakbarrel air rifle at the best price, with convenient features and quiet, accurate follow up shots for small game hunting, plinking, or pest control, buy the Crosman MAG-Fire Mission today at Airgun Depot.

I received the gun last Thursday and the same day the cartridge broke before I even got the first 9 round of shots off. My question is does it have some pellets you should not use in it? I loaded it with H & N Barracudas and it didn't spool properly and it striped the pellet and the ridge in the cartridge. I was lucky to get a new cartridge ordered 4 days later when AD stocked up. I think the rifle should be sold with 2 cartridges
Cartridge needs to be reworked as that is the most important part as the unit is useless without it
I would recommend the rifle as it seems to be a real decent one but get the cartridge fixed first.
I would recommend AD everyday and twice on Sundays!! 13 rifles in never sent one back yet!
Pros
Feels nice, Good weight, sights are decent, cocks easy and powerful shot.
Price is good guess its based on the cartridge :(
Cons
The cartridge sucks!! Can't single load A real deal breaker! Rifle gets a 10 Cartridge gets a 1 :(
This is a neat gun but it needs work. I would not recommend it to anyone.
Pros
Nice stock
Cons
Plastic parts break easily. Magazine broke right away and there are none available anywhere. Can't really load singles so after a week I can't shoot it
I had a co2 crosman that eventually wouldn't hold gas. I didn't want to spend a fortune on a PCP compressor. So I didn't want either of those options. After extensive research I decided the nitro piston to be the best option. No cartridges to buy and affordable. It also has a higher fps than co2. I'm very pleased with this rifle and would recommend it.
Pros
Well built, easy to cock, 10 shot magazine, scope is very good, shoots powerfully and accurately.
Cons
A bit heavy.
Question?
Login to ask someone who bought this product.Legit 975 fps?
asked dana from USAThat number is when using alloy pellets, those being much lighter than lead pellets. With lead pellets you can expect numbers in the low to mid range 700's.
Terry from USAWhats the best pellet for small game

I purchased this gun and broke the cartridge with the first load. I found out that the cartridge doesn't like all bullets. With the second cartridge I used JSB's and they were easy to load when I used the other brand (unnamed) they gave a bit of difficulty to load and I think that resulted in the cartridge sticking. I ordered the second cartridge and knowing it was a bit fragile I took my time and found it to be much easier to handle.
Pros
Powerful, Light weight, Easy to cock
Cons
The cartridge is the weak point of the gun
