The cons are not overpowering for the price. I suppose what can you expect for just over $100. Still, I think while it is being made and designed the tolerances could have been tightened up and all of the parts are there so they could have made it so the cylinder functioned like a real powder burner.

Go ahead punk, make my day! Ok now that that is out of the way this is really a nice replica of Dirty Harry's Smith & Wesson model 29. Of course, in the movies he carried a model 29 with a 6.5 inch barrel. The 8 and 3/8 was only on the posters. Now for the review...It looks great. Beautiful finish. Feels good in the hand except if you are left handed the left grip slips a bit. That is the grip that you remove to install the co2 cylinder. Right handed you don't notice it much. The sights are great.

Unfortunately, my model 29 allows the cylinder to rotate while the hammer is down and no finger on the trigger. While the cylinder is in the open position for loading you can spin it and it has a gritty feel and is noisy. Lots of oil helped. My real 29 cylinder does not turn in that situation. The hammer has play from side to side. Pellet cartridges should also be included as many people will want to shoot pellets.
Looks so good, kinda wanna frame it! I really thought grips of walnut, until I took one side off to place Co2. Excellent sights, the finish, the weight, cylinder even rotates counter clockwise, like real one. Fool anyone. Shoots hard enough to go thru one side of an strong spray can, didn't think it would. No too loud at all. Very nice trigger, single or double action. You get a lot of shots from a Co2 cartridge, surprised me. So happy I got this! Get extra shells, you're gonna shoot 'em up fast!

As I had stated in a previous review this is a very beautiful replica revolver oven model 29 Smith & Wesson 44 Magnum the Model 29 has always been my favorite handgun but unfortunately they're very expensive and hard to come by so I've never actually got your own a real one so when I saw this replica I knew I just had to have it so I bought two on my first order and I just ordered a third one this is the most authentic replica of a real revolver I have ever seen has a beautiful finish very Hefty in the hand just like the real firearm so if you loved Model 29 44 Magnum I highly recommend you get this replica and even if you never fire it but once in a while just having it to look at is awesome
