Pros
Rifle was received as expected, except as noted below.

Cons
The finish on the bolt surface was marred all over - cosmetic blem.

Pros
The gun is quite realistic in appearance. As far as accuracy, once sighted in it seems accurate and also seems to have a fair amount of "umff" for a .177 at range.

Cons
The magazine is terrible. My first magazine leaked badly, one mag of bbs and that was it. It just plain leaked. The replacement magazine worked great until I changed gas cartridges and the "yellowish/white" plastic washer fell out of the mag. I ordered another replacement, that has a very slow leak but I can shoot more than 15 shots before I run weed eater line down the barrel to remove a bb. Airgun Depot has be extremely helpful but the manufacturer has to do something with its QC. Three magazines, 3 problems is not a good look.

Just fired four mags with 15 bbs for one cylinder to test it. Will buy extra mag.

Pros
Feel, weight and blowback like the real carbine. Accurate unless you have a steady hand. I liked it very much. Fun to shoot with my sons really. Happy to own this. Will keep it for a lifetime. Happy to own this

Cons
None so far.

Pros
Offer it in full auto and it gets a 5 star and my order.. By the way Patton the M-1Garand Rifle is the greatest battle implement ever devised.” Well, actually, he didn’t utter it — he wrote it. So bring it on

General Patton did NOT call the M1 Carbine "the greatest battle implement ever devised." He said that about the M1 Garand! Get your history straight, guys.

Pros
Looks like the real deal.

Cons
I'd change your Patton attribution to make it true to history!

When I first opened the box I immediately noticed that the upper handguard was extremely loose and I am not aware of a method of fixing this. This is my first realistic blowback rifle and while I knew they used a lot of C02 just for the blowback, this thing is insane. I can generally get through 2-3 full mags before I'm completely out. This may be normal for blowback and I just wasn't prepared, but if it isn't i'm quite disappointment. It also is not the most reliable rifle I've ever shot, with BBs sometimes failing to fire even with plenty of C02 left, requiring me to lock the bolt back and turn the rifle over to get the now loose bb out. When it is firing though, it is fairly accurate and just plain fun, but the experience is marred by the numerous issues.

Pros
Overall fun to shoot, Interesting collector's piece, good price.

Cons
Build quality is sub-par even for price, unreliable, chews through C02

Great looking rifle. Real wood version. I just wish whoever prepares them for sale, would test the magazine and rifle before shipping. I received mine, placed a Co2 in it, and it was hissing even when i tightly screwed in the cap. Took it outside to shoot. Popped off one shot, two shots, then it double feed bbs. Cleared the bbs. Racked it again. Shot another bb. Two shot. Double feed. Cleared. Then Co2 went dry. No bueno. Contacted Venturi Air, and they said they would mail me a replacement magazine when they get them in stock. Hopefully the next magazine allows me to shoot 15 straight shots without issue

Pros
Look. Weight. Blow back. Real wood option.

Cons
Faulty magazine

Do all the synthetic wood models have weak fore grips and sloppy recievers for the magazine? Are the wooden stock models any better construction and assembly wise? Hope get a response here shortly. So, I can make up my mind and order this. Or finally get it off my mind. Thanks.

asked Ed from USA

Can the hand guard be replaced with a metal ventilated one’s like the ones on the aftermarket versions of the m1 carbine?

asked Dennis from USA

Is the action and barrel metal or plastic?

asked Raymond from USA

for the loose stock, get some "microbed" it is same color and permanent..use wax to keep the stock loose from the metal.. FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS ABSOLUTEY.

asked Robert from USA

i bought the Umarex Legends cowboy .122 pellet rifle and the lever is very loose.. Drops looking at it.. Is there a quick fix or is it a legit defect? let me know if it can be fixed..

asked Nicholas from Canada

I'm buying the synthetic stock version. But I have a wood stock from a real M1 carbine. Will it fit this rifle?

asked Rick from USA

You can make it fit, but once you change it it will be weaker.

Tom from USA

Handguard is loose fitting, does it come off to see if I can find a way to fix it. If yes how do you do it? I just got it don't want to break something.

asked Mark from USA

The ad say it shoots PELLETS Does it shoot .177 pellets or just BBs ?

asked Ricky from USA

Just BB's

Mark from USA

The M1 shoots BB's which are .177 cal/

I noticed it is possible to install a sling and oiler combo, is it possible to install the buttstock pouch? The real steel rifle the entire barrel, receiver and trigger assembly is removed and the pouch is slide down from the foregrip end and not from the butt end. Is all possible to remove?

asked Charles (Mike) from USA

The mag buttstock pouch has to slide down from the barrel end. If you remove the rear sight it will slide down easily. There are two Philipps head screws on the rear sight. Just turn the sight adjustment all the way to left to gain access to the screw, then move it to right to remove the other screw. These screws are in tight with Lock Tight so be careful removing them so as not to strip the slots out. Also, the bb magazines will not fit in the buttstock pouch since they are longer than the original 30 cal mags.

Marshall from USA

The front hand guard on faux wood version is loose and rattles. Any way can this be fixed. I’d take it apart but would be afraid of it not going back together right. Any suggestions?

asked David Carway

Does this rifle shoot pelets.

asked Mark Mitchell

How do I order extra mags and how much are they?

asked DEAN from USA

Will you be offering the version with the wood stock?

asked Douglas Kinney

cancel my order for springfield Armory M1 Carbine BB Rifle to long of a wait.

asked Thomas from USA

Could you post this to the UK?? Regards Rob

asked Robert Perry

I had a Universal M1 carbine and i’d like one of these if and when they put a real wood stock on it. My question is How accurate is your gun?

asked Eugene Raymo

Pictures look better than real item, shot show guy said it shoots 45 bbs per pull of trigger, did he mean I that to say 45 shots per co2 carteridge6or does it shot like a shotgun? Very confusing shot show video. If it's just a plastic stock, then why such a hefty price tag?

asked James from USA

To bad they do not offer this with a wood stock. Or do they?

asked Don

Will you offer the wood stock model talked about at the 2019 shot show by Air Venturi? Will you offer a spare magazine?

asked Larry

Could a real wooden stock replace the plastic one for this carbine?

asked Frederick from USA

Does it allow a Scope or Red Dot Sight to be mounted? Gary
