Ammo Recommendations
The moderator is okay, but you may want to ship it to Donny and have something else placed on it. The reign is noisy, just because of the polymer stock, so it will need some sound deadening material to help calm it down.
Pros
This is an awesome combo. Awesome gun. the Reign has a cool, sleek design and shoots very, very well. The compressor is very good, I had a little issue with it shutting off when it got to the cool down point, but it seemed to eventually work itself out. If you're looking for a good combo to start into PCPs, this is definitely one to consider! Mine shoots best with H&N field target trophy. Awesome German engineering--you'll LOVE the magazine and the way it functions.
Cons
It 'could' use a regulator, but once you know your optimal pressure and shot curve, you won't hardly notice any difference in grouping. I sight mine in at 35 yards, and can hit a 3 inch metal plate at 50yds. For gosh sake, why didn't they make the moderator removable? Very bad decision.
